Returns Policy

Please be mindful when choosing your Sanlúcar piece as we do not provide refunds for change of mind purchases. Items can be exchanged or issued a credit note within 7 days of receiving your order, provided the original item is shipped back to us in original condition, in original packaging and via a tracked method of shipping. (Please note; customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping).

Damages and issues 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at hello@sanlucar.com.au if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can correct the issue as soon as possible.

Sanlúcar is not responsible or accountable for the loss of items being returned.
