EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
In the interest of hygiene and for your own protection Sanlúcar does not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind and reserves the right to repair or replace the pieces after they have been assessed. An exchange or refund will only be issued if the pieces purchased are exhibiting a genuine fault.
Each Sanlúcar piece is put through quality control prior to dispatch. For all faulty returns please notify and lodge a return request with Sanlúcar within 14 days of purchase. Once issued with a Return Authorisation number please post the faulty item the next business day. A refund or replacement will no longer be considered for any faulty items received at the Sanlúcar Headquarters after 6 weeks of purchase.
*We recommend using Registered Australia Post to return your items to Sanlúcar HQ and advise that you make a record of your tracking number.
Sanlúcar is not responsible or accountable for the loss of items being returned.
